SureGuard Warranty A2P Messaging Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern your use of SureGuard Warranty’s A2P messaging services. When you opt-in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from SureGuard Warranty, you agree to these terms and conditions. This document is for informational purposes only. Please consult an attorney for additional advice pertaining to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and SMS marketing.

 

Program Description

Upon opting in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include offers, coupons, product updates, service reminders, and other information related to SureGuard Warranty products and services.

 

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt-out of this service at any time by texting “STOP” to (800) 313-8350. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially or text “START” or “JOIN” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

 

Privacy Policy

For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our privacy policy at www.sureguardwarranty.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 

Compliance with Industry Standards

To ensure compliance with carrier requirements and industry standards, SureGuard Warranty adheres to the following:

  • Customer Support Contact Information: Included in the Help and Support section above.

  • Complete Opt-Out Instructions: Provided in the Opt-Out Instructions section above.

  • Recurring Message Disclosure: You will receive messages per month.

  • Product Description and Program Name: Detailed in the Program Description section above.
